Bay Point Area. District V. Project No. 4500-6X5200--- Task: ACQ Account: 3611 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION L Recommended Action: A. APPROVE the Option to Purchase Agreement between Contra Costa County and Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (CCCFPD), and ACCEPT the Quitclaim Deed dated September 14, 2004 from Contra Costa County, in connection with the Willow Pass Grade Project. B. AUTHORIZE the Assistant Fire Chief, or designee, to execute said Option Agreement on behalf of CCCFPD. C. APPROVE payment of $620,000 for said property rights and payment of $20,000 for administrative and advertising costs, and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to transfer the funds from Account No. 7031-4056 to Road Fund Account No. 0662-9921-REV- 6R4332 ($620,000) and Road Fund Account No. 0662-9595-REV-684332-REV ($20,000). D. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Quitclaim Deed recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
