SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS): ADOPT Resolution No. 2004/ 470 for the Richmond Parkway, authorizing acceptance of instrument and declaring a certain road to be a County road,North Richmond area. (District I) FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the General Fund. The County will assume maintenance responsibility of the road under general road maintenance funding. BACKGROUND/REASONS) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The City of Richmond will no longer maintain the Richmond Parkway. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Richmond Parkway will not be declared a County road.
