On August 13 , 2002, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract ##26-935- 6 with David Kleinerman, M.D. , for the period. from August 1, 2002 through July 31, 2005, for the provision of professional urology services, including but not limited to on-call coverage, teaching, and medical and/or surgical procedures. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-935-7 will allow Dr. Kleinerman to provide additional on-call, coverage services through July 31, 2005 .
