Project No.: 75586D8743 Task: ACQ I. Recommended Action: A. ACCEPT Grant of Easement dated July 25, 2003 from SCC Kiper, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company. B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant of Easement recorded in the office of the County Recorder. If. Financial Impact: NONE This is required as a condition of development for Subdivision 8546, Brentwood. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: These property rights are required for an access and maintenance road for lowering the invert of the Line A Channel in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: Delay in accepting the Grant of Ease cit may result in a d9lay of the construction of the project.
