Dear Mr. Sweeten:
In reviewing our Conflict of Interest Code, we found that there were
three positions that no longer exist at the Orinda Union School
District. These positions, listed on page 5 of our Code, have been
removed from the Code.
We are submitting the amended Conflict of Interest Code to you for
approval by the Board of Supervisors. Thank you for your
assistance with this matter.
Sincerely,
Diane Rydelius
Administrative Assistant
