Richmond, CA 94801 BACKGRUU'ND: The North Richmond Center for Health Advisory Board was established in April 1994 pursuant to a settlement agreement with General Chemical Corporation fallowing a major toxic release incident in July 1993. The Advisory Board comprises 15 appointees, including one alternate. The Internal Operations Committee reviews nominations to all seats except those reserved for specific agencies. The Internal Operations Committee, on September 16, considered and approved the recommendations of the Health Services Director to appoint Duane T. Poe, Donald Gilmore, and Rosemary Fonseca to the specified terms. The Internal Operations Committee now proffers this recommendation to the Board.
