TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 2002/4003
ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District V
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code declaring parking
to be prohibited at all times on the west side of Alves Lane (Road No.
5384A), Bay Point area.
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002-46-2.012,the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times on the west side of Alves Lane (Road
No. 5384A), Bay Point area, beginning at a point 20 feet south of the center
line of the intersection of Hill Street and extending southerly a distance of
145 feet.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct Copy

TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 4004
ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District 1
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 22450(b)of the California Vehicle Code declaring an all
way stop intersection at Highland Boulevard (Road No. 1655BE)and Cowper
Avenue (Road No. 165513C), Kensington area.
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
Pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.004 and 46-2.008 -
46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established (and other action taken as
indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22450(b)of the California Vehicle Code the intersection
of Highland Boulevard (Road No. 1655BE) and Cowper Avenue (Road No.
165513C), is hereby declared to be an all way stop intersection and all
vehicles traveling on Highland Boulevard (Road No. 1655BE) and Cowper
Avenue (Road No. 165513C), shall stop before entering said intersection.
