Amend Road is in need of rehabilitation,due to pavement cracking and base failure. The project is located in the west county area in the unincorporated community of E1 Sobrante on Amend Road between Valley View Road and approximately 75 feet east of Travalini Court. Some portions of the project are within the City of Richmond. An encroachment permit will be obtained from the City of Richmond,prior to construction within the city limits.
