The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
1. Authority. This Resolution exercises the authority given by
Government Code sections 26820 .6 , 26863 , 68090 .7, and 72055 (as enacted
or amended by Statutes 1983 Chapter 969 [99 in the case of §720551 , and
as these sections may be amended in the future) .
2. Special Fees. "Additional fees" of $1. 00 each are hereby pro-
vided for and imposed on the filings and papers specified in Secs.
26863 and 68090 . 7 (but with the .exemptions, and for the period of time
and exclusive purposes , therein specified) .
3. Additional to Total Fees. These fees (provided for in Para-
graph 2 above) are additional to, and not included in, the "total fees"
otherwise provided for by those sections and by the other sections they
refer to.
4 . §72055, & Res. #82/1445. The fees already provided and estab-
lished under the earlier and current versions of Sec. 72055 (Bd.Sups.
Resol. #82/1445 of 12-14-82) shall continue in effect as provided in
572055 as it has been amended and may later be amended, and as Res.
#82/1445 is modified hereby, and the automation and conversion fee
shall be in. addition to the "total fee" therein provided. (On 7-1-83,
the Stat. 1982 Chap. 1364 version of 972055 was to have become opera-
tive, but was superseded by St-83 Ch-155 930. 2 (1) & 928 & 928 . 1
[AB-99] , which was superseded on 9-20-83 by St-83 Ch-938 §10 & 98
[AB-493] , which will be superseded on 1-1-84 by St-83 Ch-969 §9 [AB-2431 . )
5. Operative Date. This Resolution becomes operative on January 1,
1984, or on such earlier date as may be authorized by, or required in
order to fully comply with and effectuate, any statutory changes (in the
code sections cited herein) becoming operative before then.
