(District I) On October 21, 1986,the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Road Fee Agreement with Janice E. Triplett, Mariel D. Nyman, Paul H. Triplett, Wilhelmenia Triplett and Howard S.Nyman for a$26,000 road fee to mitigate traffic impacts along transportation corridors in the El Sobrante area as required by the conditions of approval for DP 3038-83. The aforesaid Deferred Road Fee Agreement was recorded on October 27, 1986 in Volume 13217 of Official Records at page 145 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No. 420-140-033 and 420-140-034,now 420-140-039. The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the requirements outlined in said agreement have been satisfied. The required road fee was deposited by Triplett&Associates on July 1.0, 1987. The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Deferred Road Fee Agreement are satisfied. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Deferred Road Fee Agreement is EXONERATED. Our records indicate that the fees have not been paid, and that building permits- have been issued and some have been finaled.
