SUBJECT: Accepting Completion of Improvements and Declaring Certain Roads as County
Roads (Cambridge Drive, Cambridge Way, Worthing Way, Cambridge Court, and
Aberdeen Lane), Subdivision 7686,Byron area. (District III)
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7686 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Talisman Realty Croup,
Inc., heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the ding of the Subdivision Map.

SUBJECT: Accepting Completion of Improvements and Declaring Certain Roads as
County Roads, Subdivision 7686, Byron area. (District III)

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of August 6,2002 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case
of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER.RESOLVED the payment (labor and materials) surety for$287,400.00,
Bond No. 11119463534 issued by the above surety be RETAINED for the six month lien guarantee
period until February 6,2003,at which time the Clerk of the Board is AUTHORIZED to release the
surety less the amount of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Cambridge Drive, Cambridge Way, Worthing Way,
Cambridge Court,and Aberdeen Lane,the hereinafter described roads,as shown and dedicated for
public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 7686 filed March 23,2000,in Book 418 of Maps at Page
26, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be County Roads.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the warranty period is hereby
established,and the$5,800.00 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No.342681 ,dated December
22, 1999)made by Talisman Realty Group and the performance/maintenance surety for$85,350.00,
Bond Number 1111.9463534 and rider issued by The American insurance Company be RETAINED
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code until release by this Board.
