The urban design services are necessary to fully implement the Pleasant Hill BART Property Codes and related documents as they were accepted by the Board of Supervisors on December 18, 2001. In addition the preparation of site plans, architectural elevations, and urban design work for the Las Juntas Swim Club were needed to complete the community outreach related to the initiative of acquiring the subject property.
