THE SITE IS ADDRESSED 280 CAMINO DIABLO, IN THE BYRON AREA. SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS Continue the hearing to October 16, 2001 at 1:00 P.M. BACKGROUND This item was continued from August 7, 2001 to September 18, 2001 to allow time for the following: • Site Visit: Board members requested that staff assist them in scheduling a site visit to listen to ambient noise levels in the site vicinity, and the noise levels associated with the discharge of firearms. The attorney for the applicant has a schedule conflict on September 18th, and representatives of the appellants have been contacted. All parties are in agreement with rescheduling the continued public hearing to October 16th at 1:00 P.M.
