Assessor's Parcel No. 159-210-013 The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute two Deferred Improvement Agreements with Norman H. Balaam, et al , as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 20-83. These agreements would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Pacheco Boulevard and along Blum Road in the Martinez area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED. The Deferred Improvement Agreement along Blum Road supersedes and increases the improvements required by a previously recorded agreement along this road for this parcel .
