Recommended Action: A. APPROVE the Purchase and Sale Agreement and ACCEPT the Grant Deed dated June 7, 2001 from Richard R. Buscaglia and Nathan J. Bales. B. AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director to execute said Purchase and Sale Agreement on behalf of the County. C. APPROVE the payment of $13,650.00 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Old Republic Title Company, 3000 Clayton Rd., Concord, CA 94519, Escrow No. 302385-CO to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.
