Uilkema convened the meeting of the Board of Supervisors this day at 9:05 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Room 107, of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California. The Deputy Clerk called the roll, Supervisors present were: John Gioia, District I; Donna Gerber, District III; Federal D. Glover, District V; and Chair, Gayle B. Uilkema, District II The Chair then adjourned the Board to Closed Session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building pursuant to the Closed Session Agenda attached. At 9:50 a.m. with all Supervisors present, the Board recovened in its Chambers. County Counsel stated that there were no Closed Session announcments. The Board then proceeded with its Agenda. The Board adjourned to Closed Session and approximately 1:00 p.m., the Board of Supervisors recovened in its chambers and County Counsel announced that the Board voted, with all supervisors present, to defend the case in the matter of San Francisco BayKeeper v. California State Water Resources Control Board, et al.; Contra Costa Clean Water Program, et. Al. (AYES: I, IV, V AND II; NOES: III; ABSENT None; ABSTAIN: None). The Board proceeded with its agenda.
