TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3957
ABSTAIN: NONE Supervisorial District 1
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 25507 of the California Vehicle Code declaring parking
to be prohibited on GROVE AVENUE (Road No. 0565H), North Richmond
area.
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 -46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times on the south side of Grove Avenue
(Road No. 0565H) North Richmond, beginning at a point 70 feet east of the
center line of 3`d Street and extending westerly a distance of 10 feet.

Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times on the west side of Highgate Road
(Road No. 1665AV) Kensington, beginning at a point 15 feet north of the
centerline of Sunset Road and extending northerly a distance of 30 feet.

County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 -46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 and 22511.7 of the California Vehicle Code
parking is hereby declared to be prohibited except for vehicles of physically
handicapped persons (blue curb) on the west side of 3'd Street (Road No.
0461A) North Richmond, beginning at a point 38 feet south of the center line
of Grove Avenue and extending southerly a distance of 40 feet.

of the centerline of Grove Avenue and extending southerly a distance of 30
feet.

The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 -46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code, parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times, except for loading or unloading of
passengers from buses on the north side of Yale Avenue (Road No. 1065M)
Richmond, beginning at a point 410 feet east of the centerline of Ralston
Avenue and extending easterly a distance of 325 feet.
T.R. #2272 pertaining to existing prohibited parking on Yale Avenue in the above
area is rescinded.
