SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
EXERCISE an option to extend the Sublease, commencing December 1, 2000, with the United
States Postal Service for the premises at 4100 Alhambra Avenue, Martinez, for continued
occupancy by the Public Administrator, under the terms and conditions more particularly set
forth in said Sublease.
11. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Public Administrator.

Provide for continued use of office space, as requested by the Public Administrator.
