The d ffererce of$42.00 in Account 0002 reflects an overstaternent of a deposit in Drawer#5. Thi s deposit overstateanent was subsequerntly corrected. (Drayer sheet attached.) 2. The differences of$116,172,000.00 in Account 0015 and 0025 are of the Cour:ty Tax Revenue Arrticipatior, Note wedge fund. 'Though the borrowings are in effect a County investr_zent, the pledge find for the repayment is assigned the District find number sof 1015 to fully encumber and isolate the legally required pledged monies in the formal account ng records of the Courty. 3. Account 0035 shows a beginning balance of$25,223.16 in the Treasurers;Control Fund Ger:ral Ledger plus a debit of$12,544,23 and a credit of$3,372.69 which includes Treasurer Journal, number 1505. The-$34,394.70 represents the difference between the Auditor's office Redeemed Warrant System and the banks redeemed' records.
