Corcoran, M.D. , (Specialty: otolaryngology) , for the period from Botcher 1., 1999 through September 30, 2002 , to be paid in accordance with the attached fee schedule . FISCAL IM ACT: Cost to the County depends upon utilization. As appropriate, patients and/or third party payors will be billed for services . Or. June 22/ 1999, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-91.5 -4 with Martha. Corcoran, M.D. , for the provision of professional Otolaryngology services to patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical .enter and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from July 1999 through June 30, 2000 . Due to a recent study by the Medical Croup Management Association (MGMA) Physician Compensation Survey with regard to the salaries of medical and surgical sub-specialist, the Department is currently re- negotiating Contract Payment Provisions for the medical and surgical sub-specialist . Co°7nty, and Contractor have mutually agreed to terminate the existing services under Contract #26-915-4 and to substitute ute Contract 26-915-5 in its place . PTI (Opportunities for Technology Information Careers) i5 a consortium Composed of community- based Nora-profit Organizations, individuals, the Contra Costa Community College District, and the County. The goaf of OPTIC is to train and place CaIWORKs applicants for entry-level technology jabs in both the public and private sectors. Funds committed by the Employment and Human Services Department will math funds already raised by members of the consortium.
