As set forth in the attached itemized report of costs, this property was abated on April 28, 1999 pursuant to the procedures established by Contra Costa County ordinance Code S 1496 (Uniform Nuisances Abatement Ordinance) . The property was substandard and considered a Public Nuisance according to Section 712-2.004 and 712-4 . 006 of the County Ordinance. The building was unsecured., abandoned and hazardous to the surrounding community and it was abated by demolition.
