NOES, ABSENT: ABSTAIN RESOLUTION NO.: EMOMMOMMONNNOW SUBJECT: Approval of the Final leap and .ACCEPT Grant Deed of Development Rights for Subdivision 8250, Rodeo area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: Map The Final leap of Subdivision 8250 property located in the Rodeo area, said reap having been certified by the proper officials; Grant Deed of Development Rights Grant deed of Development Rights whereby Schuler Homes of California, Inc. is .granting the development rights to Contra Costa County in lieu of complying with certain conditions of approval. Once those Conditions of.Approval are satisfied the County will Grant the Development Rights back to Schuler Homes of California, Inc, 1r1OW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETER LINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
