SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
1. RECOMMENDATION,
APPROVE a Lease Amendment, commencing June 1, 2000, with Earl Dunivan and Joanne
Dunivan for the premises at 610 Marina Vista Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the
Clerk-Recorder, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Cease
Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease
Amendment on behalf of the County.

Payments required are to come from the budget of the Clerk-Recorder Department
