RECOMMENDATION, APPROVE a Lease Amendment, commencing June 1, 2000, with Earl Dunivan and Joanne Dunivan for the premises at 610 Marina Vista Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Clerk-Recorder, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Cease Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment on behalf of the County.
