On October 6, 1998 , the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #24-949-60 with Calvin Janzen, M.D. , for the period from September 1, 1998 through june 31.1, 1-99.9, for Medi-Cal mental health spec9 ally services . approval ©.L Contract X24-949-60 (1) will allow the Contractor to continue providing services, through June 30 , 2900 .
