pletely Close a portion of Shore Road, for the P, rpose of
a Block Party, in the Bay Point area.
0ii—Junce 22, 1999, this Board approved this same road closure for August 28, 1999. The
applicantis now requesting the.the road closure date be changed to Friday, August 20, 1.999, and
Satarday, August 21, 1999.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to Calvary Temple Assembly
of God to completely Close Shore Road, except for emergency traffic, on Friday, August 20, 1999
and Saturday, August 214, 1999, from 5:OOPM to 10:OOPM subject to the following conditions:
1. Traffic will be detoured via neighboring.

2. Ali signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of"J, affic Controls.
3. Calvary Temple Assen-ibly of God shall comply with the requireirlents of the Ordinance Code
of Contra.Costa County.
4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of$1,000,000 for
Com nrehensive General Public Lliabilitv,which names the County as an additional insured.
5. Obtain approval for the closure fro in the Sheriff s Department,the California Highway Patrol
and the Fire District.
