The Beard of Supervisors received a letter from Dante No ellini, Jr.,
representing Reclamation District No. 2026 (Webb Tract) dated June 4,
1999, requesting that the Board. of Supervisors hold a hearing on the
proposed cancellation of regular assessment No. 33 in the amount of
$206,954 which is due June 15, 1999,

a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 651 Pine Street, Room 107,
Martinez, is the date, time and place set for hearing on the above matter.

RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Beard of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
It intends to purchase from Sean Agahi and Michelle Esposito, as part of the County's
Affordable lousing Program, certain real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for
$244,666, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Buyer's Purchase Agreement for
Affordable Units, Somerset Domes Development," recorded on April 13, 1994 by Instrument
Number 94-102562 at the Office of the County Recorder.
This Board will meet on August 10, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County
Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consider the consummation of this purchase and
the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Tames
pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
The Board hereby FINDS that the proposed acquisition will not have a significant effect on
the environment and that it has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act under State CEQA guidelines Section 15061 (b) (3). This Board DIRECTS the Director
of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk and DIRECTS the
Public Works Director to arrange for payment of a $25.00 handling fee to the County Clerk and a
$25,00 fee to Community Development for processing of the Notice of Exemption.

Homes Development, for resale purposes. The transfer of property is pursuant to the
Buyer's Purchase Agreement and California Govemment Grade Section 25539.4 ar;d is for
the purpose of providing affordable housing to persons or families of low or moderate
income.
