The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Right of Way Agreement with the Antone E. Pereira Trust and Antone E. Pereira,as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 15-97. This agreement would permit the deferment of right of way dedication along Bear Creek Road, which is located in the Martinez area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
