SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision MS 13-97,Alamo area.
The following documents were presented for Board approval this date:
I. Map: The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 13-97,property located in the Alamo area,said map
having been certified by the proper officials;
2. Subdivision Agreement: A Subdivision Agreement with Michael E. Jeha,subdivider,whereby
said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement
within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement
is security-guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows:
A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $1,000
Deposit made by: Michael Jeha Construction
Auditors deposit permit No. 316599 and date: July 9, 1998
B. Surety Bond Band Company: Financial Pacific Insurance Company
Bond Number and Date: 5303367,July 1, 1998
Performance Amount: $34,700
Labor&.Materials Amount: $17,850
Principal: Michael Jeha
1. Tax: Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes
heretofore levied on the property included in said reap and that the 1997-1998 tax lien has been
paid in full and the 1998-1999 tax lien,which became a lien on the first day of January, 1998,
is estimated to be$2,000,with security quaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows:
A. Tax Surety Assessors Deposit Permit Number and Date:
DP 317130,July 21, 1998
Amount: $2,000
Paid by: Michael Jeha Construction
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its
design and improvement,is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.

RESOLUTION NO.: 98/411
SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map,MS970008,Brentwood area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date:
The Parcel Map of MS970008, property located in the Brentwood area, said map having been
certified by the proper officials,
Said documents were accompanied by:
Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes
heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1997-1998 tax lien
has been paid in full and that the 1998-1999 tax lien, which became a lien on the first
day of January 1998, is estimated to be $4,000:
Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County
Ordinance Code, in the form of a cash deposit, (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 316350,
dated July 2, 1998) made by R. Brothers Concrete, in the amount of $4,000
guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the previsions
for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and
specific plans,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not
accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths or easements shown thereon as
dedicated to public use.
