FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded as follows: $ 56, .856 Federal FFP Medi-Cal Funds 53841 State EPSDT Funds $110, 397 Total CHILDREN'S 1XPACT STATEMENT: This EPSDT program (supports the "Children ready for and succeeding in school" , the "Children and youth who are healthy and preparing for a productive adulthood" , and the "Families that are safe, stable and nurturing" communityoutcomes . Expected program outcomes include improvement in social-emotional development, avoidance of out-of-home placements, reduction of reports involving Children' s Protective Services, increased family satisfaction, and an increased use of public and community-base resources. FISCAL IMPAGT: This Contract is included in the Health Services Department's Budget for FY 1998-99, to be funded as follows: $171,641 Offset from Contracts with Alameda and Solano Counties 286, 069 County/Realignment Funding $457,710 Total Contract Payment Limit The County will pay a per bed fee only for minors who are ineligible for AFDC-FC funding and for vacant beds following the 146th consecutive ineligible minor placement day or vacant bed, day. The County is contracting with Solano and Alameda Counties for three of the eight beds, and these Counties are responsible for vacant bed days below the 95t guaranteed occupancy rate.
