RECOMMENDATION APPROVE a Renewal Lease, commencing July 1, 1998, with the Jordan Family Trust for the premises at 904 and 919 Mellus Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County. 11. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health Services Department. 111.
