HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09231997 - C63 THE BOARD OR SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on _September 23, 1997, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Uilkema, Gerber, Canciamilla, and DeSaulnier NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Appointment of Election Board for Reclamation District No. 799, Hotchkiss Tract. Robert D. Gromm, Chairman/Secretary, Board of Trustees of Reclamation District 799, (Hotchkiss Tract) , advised that the Board or Trustees has named the following named landowners within the District to act as its Election Board during the November 1977, election of two trustees, pursuant to State Water Code Section 50700. Mr. Gromm has requested the Board of Supervisors to appoint those named to the Election Board: Inspector Joseph S. Spotts Judge Lloyd Pereria Judge James Hopwood Alternate Reginal Dunning IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors APPOINTS Joseph S. Spotts, Lloyd Pereria, and James Hopwood to the offices as designated on the Election Board for the November 4, 1997, Election for Reclamation District No. 749 with Reginal Dunning APPOINTED as alternate. cc: R.
