HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09161997 - CS .i 09-16-97 CONVENE CS MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY SEPTEMBER 16, 1997 Chair Mark DeSaulnier convened the meeting of the Board of Supervisors this day at 12 : 14 P.M. in the Board Chambers, Room 107, of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California. The Clerk called the roll, and Supervisors present were: Supervisor Jim Rogers, District I Supervisor Gayle B. Uilkema, District II Supervisor Donna Gerber, District III Supervisor Mark DeSaulnier, District IV The following items were brought to the attention of the Board after the Closed Session Agenda was posted; and the Board by unanimous vote agreed to add them to the Closed Session Agenda for consideration: (1) Contra Costa Council, et al. , v. County of Contra Costa, et al. , Contra Costa County Superior Court No. 97-00037; and (2) Tosco Corporation, Inc. , v. County of Contra Costa, et al. , Contra Costa County Superior Court No. 97-00037 . The Chair then adjourned the meeting to Closed Session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building pursuant to the Closed Session Agenda attached. At 1:45 p.m. with all five Supervisors present, the Board reconvened in its Chambers. The Chair announced that no reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
