SUBJECT: RENTAL AGREEMENT - 27GLADE LANE, ALAMO, CALIFORNIA
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Rental Agreement, commencing March 1, 1996, with Ronald Johnson and Kelly
Smith for the premises at 27 Glade Lane, Alamo, California, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services
to EXECUTE said Rental Agreement on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenues received shall be credited to the Flood Control District, Zone 313-7520.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS / BACKGROUND
Requested by the Public Works Department.

-SUBJECT: EXTEND LEASE TERM - 1001 SOUTH 57TH STREET, RICHMOND
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE an Amendment to extend the term of the Lease with
the West Contra Costa Unified School District for the premises at 1001 South 57th Street, Richmond,
for use by the Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Lease Amendment and the Lease dated July 18, 1995, and AUTHORIZE the
Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONSLUA KGRO ND: This lease will provide space for
use by the Head Start and Child Development Programs as requested by the Community Services
Department.
