Your Honor:
St. Vincent's Healthcare Services joins with our affiliate agencies nation wide to
celebrate and recognize the week of August 11 through August 17 as Home Health
Aide Week. The value and importance to the health care team of these hard working
individuals has been recognized for many years by their team members. In 1990
President George Bush officially proclaimed the first Home Health Aide Week.
We would like to give you the opportunity to support the Home Health Aides working in
this community by reaffirmation of the proclamation. Enclosed, please find a sample of
a proclamation ready to personalize on your official stationary.
Your proclamation will be presented to the Home Health Aides on our team at a
celebration planned in their honor. We will look forward to receipt of your
proclamation at our office.
Thank you for your continuing support.
Sincerely,
