Gilbert, Director of General Services "' Costa of Count DATE: August 5, 1997 SUBJECT: LEASE AMENDMENT - 910 COURT STREET, MARTINEZ SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDED ACTION APPROVE a Lease Amendment with Helen E. Griffin, for the premises at 910 Court Street, Martinez, California, for continued use by the Public Defender, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment on behalf of the County. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are in the budget of the General Services Department. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS / BACKGROUND Provide additional office space and parking as requested by the Public Defender.
