SUBJECT: LEASE - 730 LAS JUNTAS, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease renewal with the Lippow Development Company and Elizabeth Fries, for the
premises at 730 Las Juntas, Martinez, California, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease
on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the County Clerk - Recorder Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS / BACKGROUND
Provide office space for continued occupancy as requested by the County Clerk - Recorder.
