Adopted this Resolution on September 17, 1996 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO.: 96/422
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7178, Clyde area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7178 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Kevin Morrison
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of August 5, 1996, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in
case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kilburn Street and Kilburn Court the hereinafter
described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 7178 filed
October 31, 1989, in Book 339 of maps at page 24, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the warranty period requirement has been satisfied,
and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,300 cash security for
performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 163342, dated October 10, 1989) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Kevin Morrison and Paulette
(Morrison) Zamora%Paulette (Morrison) Zamora pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance
Code.
