RESOLUTION NO.:96/395
SUBJECT: Approval of the Road Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 7151, Pleasant Hill area
(RA 1026).
The following document was presented for Board approval this date for Subdivision 7151,
property located in the Pleasant Hill area.
A Road Improvement Agreement with Davidon Homes, developer, whereby said developer
agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within one year
from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist of road widening of Hidden Pond Road.
Said document was accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title
9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 281936, dated August 5, 1996) in the amount
of$1,000, made by Davidon Homes.
b. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated July 26, 1996, and issued
by The American Insurance Company(Bond No. 11119365655) with Davidon Homes as
principal, in the amount of$23,300 for faithful performance and $12,150 for labor and
materials.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is
APPROVED.
