HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09101996 - C42 ORDINANCE NO. 96-30 (Superior Court Services Assistant,Director of Alternate Dispute Resolution Programs, Superior Court Account Clerk,and Superior Court Computer Systems Technician) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows(omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code): ,SECTION I: Section 33-5.349 of the County Ordinance Code is amended to exclude the classes of superior court services assistant,director of alternate dispute resolution programs, superior court account clerk,and superior court computer systems technician,and to retitle the position of deputy commissioner to superior court deputy commissioner - probate, the positions of court services clerk I-IV to superior court services clerk I-IV,and the positions of court services manager I-III to superior court services manager I-M, and to delete the position of probate attorney to read: 33=5.349 Superior court staff. (a)Titles. The classes of positions listed in subsection(b)are excluded from the merit system. The are designated by their statutory titles (where such exist) and by their corresponding present local administrative titles, with parenthetical reference to the relevant statutory provisions in the Government Code (G.C.) and the Code of Civil*Procedure (C.C.P.) b) Classes. SECTION II: EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage,'and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with the names of the supervisors voting for and against it in the September 10, 1996 ,a newspaper published in this County.
