Adopted this Order on September 10, 1996 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

SUBJECT: Affidavits of Publication of Ordinances
This Board having heretofore adopted Ordinances Nos.
96-24, 96-25, 96-26, 96-27 and 96-28
Affidavits of Publication of each of said Ordinances
having been filed with the Clerk during the month of
August, 1996 ; and it appearing from said affidavits
that said Ordinances were duly and regularly published
for the time and in the manner required by law;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that said
Ordinances are declared duly published.
I hereby certify that this is a true
and correct copy of an action taken and
entered on the minutes of the Board of
Supervisors on the date shown.
