HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09101996 - C16 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on September 10, 1996 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Smith NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit under the Road Improvement Agreement for LUP 2037-90, Bethel Island area. On January 23, 1996, this Board resolved that the improvements for LUP 2037-90 were completed as of August 30, 1995, as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Customer Company, and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for the warranty period following completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 194956, dated August 21, 1991) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Customer Company, pursuant to the Road Improvement Agreement and Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406.
