THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on ___ September 10 , 1996 , by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers , Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: ACCEPTING CANVASS OF VOTES FOR CSA P-6,
ZONE 1604 (MS 12-93)
The.Board received the Certificate of the County Clerk giving the results of
the August 7, 1996 Special Election for County Service Area P-6, Zone 1604, wherein
each landowner of the district was allowed one vote approving Ordinance No. 95-48 so as
to authorize a special tax on property located in Zone 1604 of County Service Area P-6 to
maintain funding for increased police protection service.
The Board hereby ACCEPTS the Canvass of votes from the County Clerk-
Recorder showing the Measure passed as follows:

County,and the whole number of votes cast for and against the measure in said County
and in each respective precincts therein, and that the totals of the respective columns
and the totals as shown for and against the measure are full, true and correct.
