Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Concord Court Property to the City of Concord Portion of Assessor's Parcel No. 111-240-010 Project No. 4070-000104 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on July 23, 1996, passed Resolution No. 96/323 and Notice fixing August 13, 1996, at 10:15 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to the City of Concord; said Notice was duly published in the Contra Costa Times. This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, found that said property is no longer required for present or future County use and the sales price of$725,000.00 represents its market value. This Board hereby APPROVES the Release, Settlement and Sale Agreement between Contra Costa County and the City of Concord and the conveyance of the property located at 1950 Parkside Drive, Concord, California, to the City of Concord upon payment of $725,000.00 to the County. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed to the City of Concord on behalf of the County, and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the City of Concord for acceptance and recording. The County Administrator is hereby AUTHORIZED to sign the Release, Settlement and Sale Agreement on behalf of the County.
