Dear: Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors You have before you a request from Wilbert Perry to subdivide his property on Johnston Road. We would like to request that,as a condition of this subdivision,a fifty foot wide right-of way be granted following the easement along the west side of the creek through the Perry property that we and the property owners before us have used for generations. This right-of-way to be an appurtenance to those parcels using the road through the Perry properties. The right-of-way/easement to be a standard 50 feet wide or greater as the count-y sees best.
