years . Historically, the County has supported this program through
an annual allocation of CDBG funds . Due to a high level of staff
turnover, the City was unable to fully utilize CDBG funds allocated
for this program during the FY 1994/95 program year. The City
program has now stabilized and the pace of rehabilitation activity
has increased. Assuming approval of the requested carryover, the
following CDBG resources will be.available for rehabilitation loans
in San Pablo during FY 1996/97 :
FY 1996/97 CDBG allocation $120, 000 . 00**
FY 1994/95 CDBG carryover funds $ 97 , 167 .29
Anticipated CDBG program income $ 75,000 . 00
TOTAL $292, 167 .29
These resources will be adequate to provide housing rehabilitation
loans to an estimated 14 lower-income households during FY 1996/97 .
