Gilbert, Director of General Services COSI = COU DATE: July 9, 1996 SUBJECT: LEASE AMENDMENT TO EXTEND TERM - 524 MAIN STREET, MARTINEZ SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease Amendment, commencing June 1, 1997, with Robert L. La Fleur, for the premises at 524 Main Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the County Clerk-Recorder, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment on behalf of the County. 11. FINANCIAL IMPACT: Payments required are to come from the budget of the General Services Department. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: Provide continued use of office space as requested by the County Clerk-Recorder.
