Reasons for Recommendations and Background: These rights are necessary for piping a portion of the existing creek to allow the construction of an earth buttress on the Sandy Cove Lane Slide Repair Project. The Offer of Dedication was required to provide for drainage improvements as a condition of approval for the development of the Greggs' property. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
