1. Recommended Action:
ACCEPT Offer of Dedication from Hugh Gregg and Michiko Gregg, as described in the attached
Exhibit °A." Said Offer of Dedication was previously accepted for recording purposes only and
was recorded on March 11, 1983, at Book 11160, Page 189.
11. Financial Impact:
No costs involved.

III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
These rights are necessary for piping a portion of the existing creek to allow the construction of
an earth buttress on the Sandy Cove Lane Slide Repair Project. The Offer of Dedication was
required to provide for drainage improvements as a condition of approval for the development of
the Greggs' property.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications.

That certain parcel of land situated in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra
Costa, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of the northeast 1/4 of Section 15, and a portion of the northeast 1/4 of section
16, T. 2N., R. 1 W., Mount Diablo Meridian,-being more particularly described as follows:
