SUBJECT` ACCEPT ORAL RESIGNATION FROM THE
MANAGED CARE COMMISSION
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATION:
ACCEPT the oral resignation of Kent Sack, M.D. from the Managed Care
Commission; DIRECT the Clerk to apply the Board's policy to filling the vacancy and
REFER the vacancy to the Internal Operations Committee.
BACKGROUND:
The County Administrator's Office has been advised by staff to the Managed Care
Commission that Dr. Sack has advised staff that he has to resign from the
Commission. It is, therefore, appropriate for the Board to accept this oral
resignation, direct the Clerk to apply the Board's policy to filling the vacancies and
refer the vacancies to the Internal Operations Committee.
