Recommended Action: APPROVE Quitclaim Deed to the Community Development Agency of the Town of Danville and AUTHORIZE the Chair to sign same on behalf of the County. II. Financial Impact: None. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: On August 5, 1993, the County entered into an agreement with the Community Development Agency of the Town of Danville whereby the County deeded to the Agency the old County Library at 825 Hartz Way but retained a reversionary right in the property, exercisable if the Agency did not build a new library. Said library is nearing completion with a planned opening date of August 4, 1996. Conveyance to the Agency of the aforementioned reversionary rights completes the County's obligation in this regard.
