THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on October 18, 19R3 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson, Schroder.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: None.

for Subdivision 5535 )
Oakley Area. )
The following documents were presented for Board approval this date:
The Final Map of Subdivision 5535, property located in the Oakley
area, said map having been certified by the proper officials;
A Subdivision Agreement with Woodhill Development Company, subdivider,
whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said
Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement;
A Road Improvement Agreement with Woodhill Development Company, subdivider,
whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said
Road Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement;
Said documents were accompanied by:
I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements
under the Subdivision Agreement as required by Title 9 of the
County Ordinance Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 70830, dated
October 7, 1983) in the amount of $4,100 made by Woodhill
Development Company.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond
dated October 3, 1983, and issued by Fidelity and deposit
Company of Maryland (Bond No. 9717765) with Woodhill Development
Company as principal, in the amount of $406,300 for faithful
performance and $205,200 for labor and materials.
II. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements
under the Road Improvement Agreement as required by Title 9 of
the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 70830, dated
October. 7, 1983) in the amount of $1 ,700 made by Woodhill
Development Company.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond
dated October 3, 1983, and issued by Fidelity and deposit
Company of Maryland (Bond No. 9717764) with Woodhill Development
Company as principal, in the amount of $168,300 for faithful
performance and $85,000 for labor and materials.
III. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no
unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included
in said map and that the 1982-83 tax lien has been paid in full
and the 1983-84 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day
of March, 1983, is estimated to be $12,780;
IV. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9
of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a surety bond,
No. 9717766, issued by Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland
with Woodhill Development Company as principal , in the amount
of $12,780 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with
the provisions for its design and improvement , is DETERMINED to be consistent
with the County's general and specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board
does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths,
or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is also
APPROVED.
I hereby certify that this is a true and eorrectcopy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Sup_•rvisors on the date shown.
